Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was excellent. The queen room was attractive with central heating, flat screen TV with cable channels, and a microwave. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, including cereal, hot waffles, and pastries. The location was comfortable and great - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Everything was simply great.

I appreciated new-fashioned room with very comfy beds and sofa, for instance, and exceptionally friendly and excellent staff. The location in a very nice area was favourable and perfect and there were a large market and a market nearby. Also, it was about 10 minutes' drive to a performing arts theater.

The location is particularly good and perfect, next to a large market, Springfield, and Bob Evans restaurant - couldn't be better. The breakfast has excellent options with waffle and buns, for instance. Thanks a lot, so I would use them next time.

The room was brand-new and good sized with a great bed, sofa plus soap for a fairly nice stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and excellent when we had questions. The location was favourable and perfect, just off sights and attractions and Lincoln museum and other sites.

My family and I recently stayed for four nights at the Country Inn in Springfield. The staff, particularly General Manager Samuel King, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room had two comfortable queen beds, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious hot and cold options, and the lobby provided free coffee and tea. The hotel also had fantastic amenities, including an exercise room and indoor swimming pool. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Springfield. NB: Parents with students at UIS receive a discount.
